    Good food, nice and prompt service, nice place to sit and eat.

    I dunno why Pollo Locos in Vegas are always bombed out with bad reviews, I never have a problem at them.

    Went at closing 10:pm---/ excellent polite customer service. On 9/4/19 remarkable gentleman at pull-up window. Very mannerly and polite . Shocked.... ( Latino male ) forgot his name.     Pls commend him on excellent rapport

    When deprived Island babies make it to the mainland. WE EAT! and not just i at the Casino's. We like to stretch our legs out.
    This was the first time i got nachos and wasn't disappointed about the Cheese to Chip ratio. Very tasty. Beings that it was colder then a warm ocean blooded islander could handle. The soup hit the spot.

    We love El Pollo Loco! We always get the family meal with 12pieces and 3 sides. it's always enough food to feed 5 of us. I really enjoy their flour tortillas. I can eat them by themselves.

    The place always seems a little dirty but the foods always tasted good. I like that the chicken is always moist and is grilled. I get the chicken breads and 2 sides for about $7. It's really good but I think a little expensive but if you join there rewards program they send you some good deals plus do the survey on the back of you receipt for $1 off next visit.
